This video shows the impressive solution devised by CoxGomyl to install Building Maintenance Units (BMUs) to maintain the facade on this distinctive curved structure designed by architect Rafael Vinoly, commonly known as The Walkie Talkie in London.
In this case, CoxGomyl was hired for their well known innovative building maintenance systems which included low profile parking between the roof fins, glass replacement winch facility and semi automatic traversing and hoisting system to ensure the cradle remains close to the building’s facade.
