Park House, completed in January 2013, is a nine storey mixed-use complex on London’s Oxford Street and is the largest development on Oxford Street in over 40 years.
The building embodies classic principles of design within an exhilarating new form providing a curvilinear shape and bright, light-filled spaces with the glass structure yielding spectacular multiple aspect views of Mayfair.
Park House has some of largest office floors in Mayfair, designed to an unparalleled specification offering unprecedented levels of flexibility. High occupational densities of up to 1:7 sq m can be supported in the building achieving real efficiencies for occupiers.
The building was designed by Robin Partington Architects and constructed by Mace on behalf of Land Securities, the largest commercial property company in the United Kingdom.
CoxGomyl UK installed one of the largest BMUs in the UK to ensure the façade remains in pristine condition befitting such a high profile development. The BMU, which has a 35m jib, is stored below the building’s roofline when not in use by means of a substantial, screw jack operated lift table, all equipment was manufactured in our Madrid factory.
